"Hot Flashes, Cool Taps!" is an engaging online EFT tapping circle designed specifically for women navigating the complexities of perimenopause and menopause. Through this group, participants will discover essential tools for emotional freedom and hormonal balance using the transformative practice of EFT tapping. Over a span of five weeks, women will learn to manage their symptoms effectively, connect with others who share similar experiences, and cultivate a sense of community and support.
