Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Applies to all group workshops, including the Tapping Circle series.

At Winter’s Wisdom Wellness & Coaching, we understand that life happens and plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to participants while respecting the time and preparation involved in offering a meaningful and supportive group experience.

Cancellation Timeline and Refund Structure

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop start date
  Participants who cancel their registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative processing fee.

• Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days prior to the workshop start date
  Cancellations received within 14 to 7 days of the workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total workshop fee.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop start date
  Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop begins. This includes instances of illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend one or more sessions of the workshop series.

 

Additional Terms

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account.

• If a workshop is canceled or rescheduled by Winter’s Wisdom Wellness & Coaching, all participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

• This policy applies to the full workshop series; no partial refunds are given for missed individual sessions.

• Transfers to another participant or future workshop may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the start of the workshop.
